Dr. Santosh Kumar Tripathy, an eminent educationist, Former Professor and Head of the Department of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PMIR) Department of Utkal University. At Present Prof. Tripathy is the Vice-chancellor of Fakir Mohan University.
